The Artesia company is engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of industrial heat and power equipment, the assembly and supply of modern units of steam and condensate systems, the development and implementation of energy-saving technologies, integrated solutions and automation systems.
Artesia has its own line for the production of heat exchange modules, dehumidification and steam reduction units, condensate removal units, condensate collection points, which are distinguished by high performance characteristics, which allows solving any problems taking into account the highest quality, energy saving and safety requirements.

Completed projects

Condensate collection station "Sandora", Nikolaev
For this project, we have developed and implemented solutions for collecting condensate from the PK-2 production site, condensate / steam phase separation, pumping condensate to the boiler house and reusing flash steam by consumers at the boiler house.
The following work has been done:
- design and manufacture of units of steam condensate systems, steam and water heating modules;
- installation of the above nodes;
- automation of boiler blowdowns, use of flash steam, organization of proper steam distribution, elimination of passing steam and improvement of steam quality;
- energy audit of steam and condensate systems;
- service, warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the supplied equipment and systems in the complex.

Modernization of the brazier "Floarea Soarelui", Moldova
After the launch of the modernized system, steam emissions into the atmosphere were reduced to almost zero and steam savings were achieved at the level of 10% (about 250 kg / h from two braziers), which is about 25 thousand euros per year.
We succeeded:
- Eliminate the existing steam losses in the steam condensate system (SCS) of the MPC braziers.
- to improve the quality of regulation of the steam supply to the braziers in order to improve the quality of the heat treatment of the initial product.
- Increase the performance of braziers, limited by the existing shortcomings of the PKS.
- reduce system maintenance costs (system performance is easily controlled and monitored);
- reduce the influence of the human factor and create a data archive with the possibility of their analysis.
