One of the largest enterprises in the dairy industry put into operation two new milk pasteurization lines. ARTESIA Company has designed and manufactured two steam-water units for the above pasteurization units, rated at 112 and 410 kW of thermal power, respectively. The composition of each line provides for the presence of a shut-off pneumatic valve, a steam reduction unit, a temperature control unit, safety valve, plate heat exchanger, main and additional condensate drain units, instrumentation devices, etc.
The elemental base is built on steam condensate equipment from the Japanese manufacturer MIYAWAKI and shut-off pipeline valves from the Czech manufacturer SCA. The model chosen as the main pressure reducing valve RE10N miyawaki, Temperature regulator Danfoss. The design and manufacture of the installations were also carried out by ARTESIA. All 2 installations were designed, completed and manufactured within the agreed time - within 4 weeks. Such a short time allows us to ensure the availability of many key items of equipment in the warehouse of ARTESIA, as well as experience and a wide base of ready-made design solutions.
Before the manufacturing stage, the Customer was provided with 3D models installations for approval, made taking into account the actual binding to the existing site and communications.
