The design, installation and commissioning of steam supply for two granulation lines at one of the oil extraction plants at the soybean processing site have been completed. The steam load of the lines is 2.5 t/h and 1.6 t/h of steam, respectively. The composition of each line provides for the presence of a separation unit, a steam reduction unit, a safety valve and additional condensate drain units.
The elemental base is built on steam condensate equipment from the Japanese manufacturer MIYAWAKI and shut-off pipeline valves from the Czech manufacturer SCA. MIYAWAKI's RE10N pressure reducing pilot valve was chosen as the main control valve. The steam separator of the fender type CO-2 manufactured by ARTESIA. The design and manufacture of the installations were also carried out by ARTESIA. The supporting part, connection to communications and commissioning were carried out by the Customer. It is noteworthy that 2 lines were designed, completed and manufactured in record time - within 2 weeks. The availability of all key items of equipment in the ARTESIA warehouse, as well as experience and a wide base of ready-made design solutions played a big role in the ability to provide such express deadlines.
Before the manufacturing stage, the Customer was provided with 3D models of the installations for approval, made taking into account the actual connection to the existing site and communications. After the start-up and adjustment works, the representatives of the Customer's side expressed their gratitude for the efficiency, quality, approach to solving the problem and the absence of complications during the adjustment work.
