ARTESIA has completed the reconstruction of the automatic control system for steam supply to drying ovens of one of the leading manufacturers of dry food products.
Previously, the steam supply system did not allow precise adherence to the drying process map due to problems in the steam supply system. At the moment, all chambers are equipped with motorized control valves that accurately maintain the drying temperature in accordance with the requirements of the technological process at the operator's command. High-quality and safe regulation is ensured not only by regulators, but also by the correct installation of the steam supply and condensate removal system. Thus, the implemented system made it possible not only to ensure the required technological mode of drying, but also to improve the quality of the final product, reduce steam consumption, ensure the safety of the system and guarantee its long-term uninterrupted operation.
At this facility, ARTESIA performed an audit, design, installation and commissioning. Well-known manufacturers such as SCA, Danfoss, Miyawaki were used as the main steam condensate pipeline fittings. Installation and commissioning work was completed within 16 hours, which significantly reduced the downtime of the production line.
