The PN16 DN15-DN300 bellows sealed shutoff valve is used in:

Characteristics:

- Male threaded spindle for higher operating temperatures and longer life.

- Protective seals with high quality graphite rings. They guarantee complete prevention of emissions to the atmosphere in the unlikely event of a bellows failure. This is a requirement of the DIN 4754 standard for heat transfer fluids.

- Removable gasket designed to prevent transmission of vibration to the valve stem.

- Double-walled bellows, strong, welded to the spindle, form a sealed assembly next to the seal and disc, without any possibility of rotation, to avoid breakage. The bellows disc is concave and connected to the bellows. This saves energy and helps keep the area around the valve handle at an acceptable temperature for operator safety.

— Stainless steel bellows are plasma welded. Helium-tested tightness ensures absolute reliability and long service life.

- Reinforced guide in the form of a bridge, providing thermal insulation.

— Ergonomic handle with a protective cap for the spindle.

— In accordance with safety requirements, the valve is an integral part of the kit. When attaching the valve at any opening or closing point, external locking systems must be used and the handwheel must never be dismantled.

— Machined closing surfaces that are ground, lapped and polished to achieve a degree of tightness that even exceeds the requirements of EN 12266-1 class A.

— All valves are carefully tested and checked.

— All components are numbered, registered and tested. Upon prior request, certificates for material, castings, testing and performance will be attached to the valve and to the instructions for use in accordance with PED 2014/68/EC.

IMPORTANT:

We recommend, if necessary, using heat-insulating and sound-insulating textile casings.

— Production from other materials for special working conditions (high temperatures, special liquids, etc.).
