Automation of paper production. The system of automatic temperature control of the corrugator tables is designed to provide the necessary distribution of corrugated cardboard drying temperatures along the drying surfaces.

  • corrugated board temperature in front of tables;
  • table temperatures;
  • steam pressure on the comb;
  • steam pressure in each circuit;
  • steam consumption;
  • the speed of the web with paper;
• alarm:
  • the output of technological parameters beyond the permissible limits;
  • equipment malfunctions;
• manual control:
  • all connected equipment.

The control panel determines, registers and responds to emergencies associated with sensor failure and parameters going beyond the permissible limits.

The control panel is equipped with a touch panel. From this panel, the Operator can view the main parameters of the temperature control loops, as well as the general status of the system. The Operator also has the ability to:

1. set the required values of technological quantities;
2. edit the settings of the automatic control system;
3. monitor the dynamics of changes in technological parameters - graphs of values;
4. control the current and hourly registered steam consumption;
5. view messages of the automatic control system;
6. manually control actuators bypassing automatic algorithms;
7. monitor the readings of sensors and the status of buttons, switches;
8. follow the control signals of the controller for actuators, the status of indicators.

Automation of paper production provides for the division of functions provided to personnel by access levels. Thus, protection against unauthorized and unqualified access to the System is implemented.
