Universal budget control panel, developed by Artesia, with the help of which it is possible to control two independent parameters, for the maintenance of which simple single-loop control scheme or complicated cascading:
The switchboard uses an industrial controller that controls two independent process parameters according to the PID law, and also performs alarm, alarm, communication with the operator and dispatching system algorithms.
Up to 5 temperature sensors with Pt1000 characteristic and 1 sensor with 0-10 V or 4-20 mA output signal can be connected to the board. Two of these sensors can be used to control process parameters. The rest are used for control.
You can control either two actuators with analog control (0-10 V), or one analog and one three-position according to the PID law.
All provided settings can be configured from the screen, without programming or flashing. To monitor the state of the actuators, position limit switches (4 pcs) can be connected to the shield.
When using this control panel, it is possible to implement the following control schemes:
- 2 single-circuit control schemes;
- 1 single-circuit and 1 cascade;
- 2 cascade control circuits.
Shield Interface
The controller's graphical display provides process status information.
Using the keyboard, the user of the control panel can switch between the windows of the system. The list of system windows is as follows:
- Tasks — required values of technological quantities;
- Settings — tuning parameters of the automatic control system (sensors, parameters, delays);
- Magazine - messages of the automatic control system, registration of events, emergencies;
- Inputs/Outputs - readings of sensors and the status of buttons, switches, as well as control signals of the controller;
- Manual control - control of actuators bypassing automatic algorithms;
- date and time - Date and time settings;
- About the system — Information about the automatic control system.
Communication with the dispatching system
The shield "out of the box" can be included in the dispatching system using the Modbus-RTU protocol. The basic implementation of the control panel uses the RS-485 interface. If necessary, you can provide communication via Ethernet or Lonworks by installing the required module.
Additional feature
The control board can be equipped with a touch panel with screen sizes from 4.3″ to 10″. In this case, in addition to a convenient graphical interface, an option is added to store an archive of data and view them on a computer in Microsoft Excel format.
