Model G20:
  • made of ductile iron
  • float ball, lever, valve and seat made of stainless steel
  • the presence of an air valve for automatic removal of air and gases during start-up and operation
  • the design allows maintenance of the steam trap without removing it from the pipeline
  • condensate drain is continuous
Scope: are established on all types of the equipment where it is necessary to carry out constantly removal of condensate. For example, in heat exchangers, heating tanks, as well as for drainage of main steam pipelines and other systems where fast or continuous condensate drain.

The principle of operation of ball float steam traps can be considered in detail in this video using the G20 ball steam trap manufactured by Japan MIYAWAKI as an example.
