The downstream pressure regulators of the RE series offered by us are designed to protect the system from excessive pressure of the working medium in the part of the pipeline located behind them. MIYAWAKI safety valve of this type is used as a part of transport lines for water vapor. It is made, depending on the model, from brass or stainless steel. Suitable for pipes with a diameter of 10-25mm. Integrates into the system by means of a threaded or flanged connection.
Let's take a closer look at each model from our range. Let's start the review with the RE1 regulator. It has a threaded connection, suitable for pipelines DN 15, 20 and 25 mm. This valve withstands steam flow pressure up to 16 atmospheres. Made from C3771 brass.
This model, like the other two, ensures the stability of the secondary pressure and maintains the required system performance. RE1 is a compact product whose weight varies from 1.4 to 1.9 kg, depending on Dn (½” ¾” 1″). The dimensions of the connected pipeline are also determined by the diameter: length 80-105 mm, height 183-202 mm.

The REC1 control valve is made from SCS14 stainless steel. This gate valve can be mounted using a threaded socket (1-2, 1-6 and 1-10) and flanges (marked with the letter F).

Note that flanged regulators are more massive and heavier, they weigh from 4.5 to 5.9 kg, while threaded regulators are twice as light - 2.8-2.9 kg. However, the height of all valves is the same - 201 mm. The length is different: 96 (threaded), 150 and 160 mm (flange).
RE2 safety valves are the most compact. They are intended for pipelines with a diameter of 10 mm. They are integrated into the system by means of a threaded connection. Made from C3771 brass. This regulator weighs only 560 grams. Its length is 50 mm, and its height is 120 mm.
The RE2 valve can operate stably at a temperature not exceeding 184°C and the pressure of the transported medium in front of it is within 2-10 bar. The working range of pressure after it is 1-5 bar. The maximum reduction ratio for RE2 is 10:1.
